Today we were celebrating Inca's stitches being taken out. Wohoo! We went back to her first vet practice and the guy said her wounds have healed up completely and she didn't even need the lamp shade anymore. We kept it on when we were not watching her anyway. Little did we know that her "stitches" would open up later that night. Calling vet who wanted to see her. Got her in and they said they could either staple it up (ouch) or leave them and it would probably scab over. I could not deal with the thought of option number two. We will go home and pretend this never happend. That's what we are busy doing now. Inca is sleeping and I'm writing about this. What stitches?
